What is a confirmed date
A confirmed date is when both sides accept the final offer — including place, time, price, and any optional fees. Once confirmed, the date is locked, and if it’s prepaid, the money is securely reserved in the system.
This ensures both people take it seriously.
✔️ Confirmed details
✔️ No surprises
✔️ Optional fee rules kick in
Who can cancel — and when
If something changes, either person can cancel the confirmed date at any time.
But depending on the setup, this may trigger an optional cancellation fee — which is paid to the other person as compensation.
To cancel, go to your Confirmed Dates, tap the relevant date, and select Cancel Date. You’ll see the terms before confirming.
What to do when meeting up for the confirmed date
As soon as you arrive at the agreed location:
- Tap “I’m here”
- If both users arrive, tap “We’re both here” — the date is officially live
- If your date is missing, tap “My date is not here” to notify us
If someone doesn’t show up, the no-show process begins. (See next section)
What happens if someone doesn’t show up
If your confirmed date starts and the other person isn’t there:
- Tap “My date is not here” — we’ll try to reach the other person immediately
- A private conference call is initiated (phone numbers stay hidden)
- They will also get notified via other channels
If 15 minutes pass without a response:
- You’ll see the “No-show” button appear
- Tap it to get instructions on how to prove you were present (at the right time and place)
- Upload photos, videos, or screenshots as evidence
After submitting your proof:
✔️ You’re free to leave
✔️ Our team will investigate
✔️ The date status will update live on your confirmed date screen
✔️ You can also leave a review, which affects the other person’s reputation
✔️ We take no-shows very seriously — and it’s part of our Community Guidelines
Optional cancellation / no-show fees
If you set a cancellation or no-show fee during link creation, this is what happens:
- If the other person cancels a confirmed date: you receive the set fee
- If the other person doesn’t show up (and you prove it): you receive the fee
Fees only apply on confirmed dates and follow the exact terms you agreed upon.
What if both people agree to cancel?
Sometimes, you meet and realize it’s not the right fit — no vibe, no connection.
You have options:
- Tap “No vibe”
- Send a No-Vibe Offer to the other person
- If they accept, the date ends immediately
- The confirmed date officially ends, and funds are transferred in real time based on the agreed split
This allows both sides to exit respectfully and fairly.
How payouts are handled
Once a confirmed date is completed, the person who paid releases the funds with a tap.
If there is any issue — for example, the other user won’t release funds:
- Tap “User won’t release funds”
- We’ll notify them and attempt to contact them immediately
- Our team steps in to review and resolve the case
✔️ Payouts are transparent
✔️ Disputes are taken seriously
✔️ Funds are only released after agreement or proof
Summary
✔️ Confirmed dates ensure structure and fairness
✔️ You can cancel, but fees may apply
✔️ Missing your date? Mark them as no-show and submit proof
✔️ Mutual "no vibe" exits are fast and fair
✔️ Every action is private and protected
✔️ Reviews help keep our community safe
✔️ You’re always in control — from start to payout
